The cozy and beautifully decorated room was comfortable and had airconditioning which was great to have during the hot days. The staff was friendly and helpful in providing information about exploring the city. The breakfast offered was tasty and Nutella was a delightful addition to it. The location was central, and we were able to enjoy the main attractions easily.
The main door of the hotel could only be opened by knocking, which sometimes took time. The Wi-Fi connectivity was poor and only worked on certain floors of the hotel.

some rooms did not have a television which would have been a nice addition.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel, located in a small alley really close to Jama El Fna square. We loved the fact that it was within walking distance of all the attractions, making it convenient for us to explore the city. Our room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful bathroom and a nice view. The service was exceptional and the breakfast was delicious. We also enjoyed the facilities provided by the hotel such as the swimming pool and the rooftop terrace.
We were disappointed with the desert tour that was booked for us. Despite informing them in advance about our food choices, they were not communicated properly, resulting in us not receiving dinner in the desert.
